Explain the meaning of this concept as it relates to the concerns addressed by these authors. Why do they believe we require this concept of the commons, in addition to the concept of capital, to understand the critical issues related to migration and, in particular, those connected to a child’s “relational world” (2008:418)?

In Part 4, Chapter 4: Periodization, Foucault emphasizes what he calls, “a technology of sex” (1978:123). What evidence does he include to help us understand this “application” of sexuality?
